Data and purposes
There is no contact form or user registration. If you email or call, the identity, contact and project information you provide is used to answer enquiries, prepare quotations and manage the professional relationship. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information. Hosting and external resources may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and requests needed to serve the website.
Legal bases
Project enquiries are processed to take precontractual steps at your request and, for accepted projects, perform the contract. Records required by law are processed to fulfil legal obligations. Technical security relies on the legitimate interest in protecting the service. Google Analytics requires your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Analytics and videos
Google Analytics 4 measures website use only after you accept analytics. The website code does not enable advertising or Google Signals. YouTube videos load only after you accept playback in the player, independently of Analytics. Loading a video may send technical and interaction data to Google. Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are retained for up to 12 months after the last communication, unless needed for a request or claim. Client data is retained during the relationship and afterwards for applicable statutory periods, including tax and liability periods. Analytics preferences are remembered for 180 days; analytics cookies are configured to last at most one year. User and event data in standard GA4 properties is retained for the configured period of 2 or 14 months. For user identifiers, the period may restart with new visits if that setting is enabled. This period does not apply to standard aggregated statistical reports.
Providers and transfers
Vercel provides hosting and the contact email uses Gmail. The website requests fonts from Google Fonts and, when you accept the relevant features, uses Google Analytics and YouTube. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Google states that it relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses where applicable. Vercel describes its transfer safeguards in its privacy policy and the processing terms applicable to the service. Personal data is not sold. Data may also be disclosed to competent public authorities where legally required.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and portability where applicable by emailing hbl.proworks@gmail.com. Identify your request; further identity information will be requested only when needed. You may withdraw Analytics consent through “Cookie settings” without affecting previous lawful processing. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es.
Social platforms and automated decisions
Following links to Instagram, LinkedIn or YouTube is subject to the destination platform’s policies. This website does not make automated decisions with legal effects or use contact details to build marketing profiles.
